Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
Building specific mail units are located throughout the property. A mail key is made available at move-in. Visitor have open and unrestricted access.
There are curbside trash pick ups on Tuesday mornings
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
