Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. You may check in between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
**If you are not able to check in during these hours or if you are arriving on a weekend, please call our office at 800-773-1500 to arrange for a lockbox.

You may pick up your keys at the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. If you are arriving after business hours or on the weekend, lockbox instructions will be given to you. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you have not received lockbox instructions.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800-773-1500 with any concerns.

Parking is assigned. Please check on top of this letter and on your your move in package upon arrival for your parking space number(s).

Please place all keys, pool tags, parking permits, etc., in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please leave the envelope with the on-site leasing office.
If you are checking out after office hours, please leave the envelope in the drop box by the leasing office door.
