Upon arriving to your apratment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information abou the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800-736-8624.

All keys, gate/garage remotes and parking permits (if applicable) should be left in apartment at move-out. If you cannot lock the front door from the inside please place the key in a envelope that is provide with your apartment number and drop it off at the leasing office as you leave the property. If you are checking out after hours then drop that envelope in the after hours drop box. Any unreturned keys will result in charges. Also, all personal items and debris must be removed from the apartment as Oakwood is not responsible for any left items. Check-out is at midnight on the date of your departure.
