To check in the guest must provide photo ID to the building management at which time the property management will give a brief orientation regarding the layout of the property and all rules and regulations pertaining to the property.
The check-in time for this property is 3:30 PM on the day of scheduled move in. Please note that the property office hours are 9AM to 6 PM every day.
Keys can be picked up in the property management office located in the lobby of the building after 3:30 PM on the scheduled day of move-in or between the hours of 9AM-6PM any day after the scheduled move-in date .
The guest must provide photo ID in order to receive keys.
Once a guest arrives, they must check in at the lobby and provide photo ID to receive the keys. Once they have obtained the keys, the guest may then access their apartment.
There is no direct parking at the property and the gate is accessed by magnetic card issued to the guest by the property upon move-in.
A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° F and/or the AC at 78° F.
Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder.
Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
