Please refer to property site map . If you are not home, all US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and other delivery service items will be delivered to the front desk. It is the carrier's responsibility to notify residents of attempted delivery.
Package pick-up at Front Desk:
All packages may be retrieved and signed for during normal Guest Services hours.
For after-hours pick up, Courtesy Patrol will be happy to assist you. Courtesy Patrol can be reached by dialing 408.551.6900, Press 0. The after-hours operator will page Courtesy Patrol to meet you in the Clubhouse. Visitors may check in at the front desk during office hours. After office hours, visitors can contact their guest via the Sentex directories located on Saratoga Ave and Blackford Ave. There is no visitor parking within the property. Visitors may park on the surrounding streets (check city parking restriction signs)
