A lockbox will be secured to your door on the day of arrival. Prior to move-in, you will receive lockbox instructions with the lockbox code. The lockbox will contain one apartment key. The remainder of keys needed will be left in the kitchen. The number to contact Oakwood Corporate Housing is (800)531-1118.
Please leave all keys and access cards in the envelope provided on the kitchen counter.
Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at 415-441-5911. Writen documentation will be requested.
A fee for lost keys, access cards, or keys not returned will be added to the final invoice.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
$50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
