There is a washer and dryer in all apartments.
Mail boxes are in convenient locations throughout the community.
There is a guard at the front gate that visitors will have to inform them of the residents name and unit number before access will be granted.
There are trash dumpsters on the property
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
