Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying.  Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. There will be a lock box on the apartment door. The current lock box code will be provided after your reservation paperwork has been returned.

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.352.5804 or 303.337.7600 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and drop it off at the property leasing office. 
• If office is closed, please place envelope in the rent drop box.
