Office Hours:  M-F 9am-6pm

                     Sat. 10am-5pm

                     Sun. 1pm-5pm

There is a washer & dryer in every apartment.  There is also a laundry facility on-site.

Mail boxes are located at the North and South ends of the property.

Visitors must be buzzed in by resident.

There is a trash compactor located on the South-East end of the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
