Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
There is a washer and dryer located in each apartment.
Mailbox kiosk is located at the entrance to community. Visitors may go directly to apartment.
Trash pick-up is available Monday-Friday 5:00am - 9:00pm.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
