When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
