If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215.568.2188.
When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice.
There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25 per key.
Please make sure that all personal items , food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
$50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
