Welcome ! We hope your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information you will need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled date of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability

Specific key arrangements regarding how you will access your keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move- in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 954-714-8800.

Every effort has been made to make your “ temporary home “ as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact at 954-714-8800 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is available and you will be given instructions in order to obtain access into the gates.

• You have been provided with an express check -out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
•  If you need to extend you stay, please call our office at 954-714-8800 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
