Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The mail box is located in the lobby area.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office. .

Visitors may park on the first floor of the parking garage for a $5.00 parking fee or use the metered parking on the street.

 

Visitors must go to concierge who will call you to grant them access.
