  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure

Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to amke your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information you need



Check In Time

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability



Key Pickup

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 954-714-8800.



Arriving at your Apartment

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 954-714-8800 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.



Parking and Access Gates

Free secured parking. You may park on the 2nd through 5th floors of the parking garage. Building 50 and 51 are the parking garages and are connected by floors. Open parking on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. 5th floor is assigned parking only. DO NOT PARK ON THE 1ST FLOOR. YOU WILL BE TOWED!



Check Out Procedures
• Please remember to remove any items in the refrigerator and freezer as well as any trash in the apartment.
• A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° and/or the AC at 78°F.
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all remotes, pass cards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
• You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder.
• Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 954-714-8800 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
