When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
Please leave all keys and access cards in apartment except for one door key. Place the one door key in the envelope (provided in burgundy binder on coffee table) and take the envelope to the apartment community office. If they office is close, drop the envelope in rent slot.
$50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
