There is a washer and a dryer in every apartment.

the mail center is located on the South side of the clubhouse. The mailboxes are marked with the unit address which is the aparment number.

Visitors are free to go directly to the resident's apartment.

Each apartment has a two car garage.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
