Every apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer.
Mailboxes are located on the first floor of every building in the breezeway.
Vistors will need to call the guest from the call box outside of the gate to be buzzed in.
Parking is unassigned. Some units have attached garages.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
