Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am-5:00pm

Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

There are two mail centers located on the property; one at the Holmberg entrance and the other at the Hillsboro entrance. The mailboxes are marked with the apartment number.

Parking is unassigned.

Valet Trash Service available.  Friday through Sunday self removal only.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
