Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The property has three phases. Next door to the main office is the mail boxes for phases one and two. Near the third entracne next to the second gym is the location of the mail boxes for phase three. If there is any further assistance needed in locating the mail boxes, the main office will happily assist its residents.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Guests that are visiting a community with gated access will to be provided with a gate code for gate access. Guest parking is available.

 

There are trash dumpsters in the parking lot
