Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors visiting a gated community will need to call the guest from the call box outside of the gate to be buzzed in.
Parking is unassigned. Some units have garages and a driveway.
