There are hook-ups in the units and an onsite laundry facility.

Mail boxes are located by the front gate off to the right-handside.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This community is gated so visitors will need to make arrangements with the guest for entry to the property.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property.
