- Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
- There is a pickup drop off for drycleaning at this property Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- All mail boxes are located with in the entrances to the buildings.
- They are opened with a key.
- Any packages that are left at the office will have a notification tag left at this location.
- If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the front office.
- All deliver services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.
- All visitors are able to gain access to the building by being buzzed in to the building by the resident.
