There is a 24 hour maintence service for emergencies..please see community overvies and ameneties for specific services.
There are laundry facilities at the community, or you will have a washer and dryer in your apartment if community offers the connections. Please discuss with your Oakwood representitive.
Your mailbox with be located at your apartment building unless there is a generalized location for all residents.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other deliver service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All deliver services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The management company is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.
If you are expecting a guest, he/she can go directly to your apartment. If your apartment has a locked entry way, they must call or buzz from entry door.
