Business center allows guests access to computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Each apartment home is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located near the front office of the community
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, the property and Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guest for their deliveries. You must sign a form from the property to allow them to sign for your deliveries. Please be prepared to show photo id and package slip at the community leasing office.
Visitor's to this community will need to know the tenant's apartment number. The visitor will approach the call box and look for the tenant's apartment number, next to this will be a 3 digit code. Enter this code into the key pad. This will ring the phone in the apartment . The tenant will push "9" on their phone and this will open the the gates.
