Boston is made up of various neighborhoods, such as The Financial District, the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, the North, South End and Chinatown. Oakwood Boston is centrally located and easily accessible to any of Boston's unique neighborhoods. By residing at Oakwood Boston you will have door front access to Quincy Marketplace and Downtown Crossing, both of which are shopping hot spots!
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located in the main lobby on the 1st floor to the left of the concierge desk.
Any package(s) that require a signature are delivered to the Oakwood Boston Office (conveniently located on the 2nd floor in Suite 200). A notice will be slipped under your apartment door the evening that the package is accepted by our office to inform you of the delivery. You must come to our office or see the concierge to retrieve your package(s). Please remember to bring photo identification with you as this is required for all packages.
*Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however we cannot be responsible for the condition in which these packages are received or for accepting certified/registered mail.
A guest may contact you through an intercom system located outside the main entrance to Oakwood Boston to the right of the door. There is a directory of apartments found next to the intercom system. When a someone rings you from here, and you have identified them as your guest, you simply press "0" to buzz the main door open and allow them access to the building.
