There are washers and dryers in every apartment.

The mailboxes are located on the 1st floor of the building.

Visitors must use the call panel to get in.

There is a trash dumpster on the property and the trash is collected on each floor.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
