Pets are not allowed in corporate apartments at this location.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are saying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date.

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Key arrangements will be made prior to your arrival. 

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.

If you are staying in a one bedroom apartment you have access to (1) underground garage parking space. If you are staying in a two or three bedroom apartment your apartment comes with (2) underground garage parking spaces. The parking outside is primarily used for guests visiting residents at the property.

• A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.

• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.

• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.

• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non returned keys will result in a key charge.
