We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not received your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 952-881-8446.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier. 

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 952-881-8446 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. 

If parking is requested an access key will be included in the move-in packet.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (key cards and parking passes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 952.881.8446
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
