We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 636.305.1550 or 800.692.6020 

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800-692-6020.

Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon arrival, please contact us at 636-305-1550 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Uncovered parking is provided. Covered parking is additional. Please call the local Oakwood Worldwide office at (636) 305-1550 for availability and rates.

• Please place all keys in the Oakwood express check-out envelope provided and leave at the complex office.
• Please remove all trash and perishables from your apartment.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day notice from resident or corporation.
