Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. Your keys will be in an envelope at the concierge desk prior to your scheduled arrival date. Your keys will be available for pick up after 3:30 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. We provide you with two door keys, one mailbox key and one access pass. The access pass controls the elevator and the parking garage. If you have any questions regarding check in procedures please call us at 704-588-4668.

After you arrive at your apartment just make your self at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

You will pick up your parking pass with your keys at the concierge desk. Parking is gated so you will need your access pass to enter. Parking is available while you pick up keys and passes. Please note that you are provided one free parking space. Please do not park in reserved spots. These spots are paid parking spots and are subject to towing.

Check out time is midnight.
- Please remove all personal items and any trash. Oakwood charges $25 per bag of trash we have to remove.
- No major cleaning necessary.
- Please leave all keys and access passes on the kitchen counter with the exception of one door key that you will use to lock the door as you leave. Please place this key in the express envelope we have provided. Label the envelope with your name and apartment number and leave it with the concierge as you leave.
