We welcome you and hope that your stay at Eastover Ridge will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Eastover Ridge community. Remember that Eastover Ridge has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

At the time of your reservation, you will recieve information on checking into your apartment.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. This is a gated community so please remember to bring the move in instructions we have provided for you. There will be a lockbox placed on your door prior to the day of your scheduled arrival. We hope that you enjoy your stay with us. We will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any signed reservation paperwork sent to you. Your keys will be in a lockbox on your door. We provide you with two door keys and 1 mailbox key. If you have reserved a garage your remote will be left inside the apartment.

Parking is open to residents as well as guests.

 

Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration.  Vehicle storage is not permitted.

Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

Please remove all personal belongings as well as any trash. You have until midnight to vacate. Leave all keys,remotes and access cards on the kitchen counter with the exception of one door key that you will use to lock the door as you leave. Please put this key in an envelope labeled with your name and apartment number and drop it at the property leasing office. If it is after hours please place the envelope in the drop box at the property leasing office. Please note that you will be charged for any keys not turned in to the office.
