There is a full-size washer and dryer in every apartment home.
The mail room is located next to the leasing office.
If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Resident Service Center. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged.
If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance located on Twain. You may notify the rental office of your guest's arrival, or provide your guest(s) with your apartment number, in order to contact you through our directory. If your stay in for less than 90 days, you will not be listed in the property directly. Please contact our office if you would like to be included in the directory.
This community is located approximately 3-5 miles from the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. 15 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.
