Each apartment home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

The mail room is located next to the Rental Center. You will be given your mail box number at move-in.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Resident Service Center.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.  Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.  Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 Hours, unless otherwise arranged.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance located on Desert Inn.  You may notify the rental office of your guest's arrival, or provide your guest(s) with your apartment number, in order to contact you through our directory. You will not be included in the directory unless your stay with us is for a minimum of 90 days. Please contact our office if you would like to be included in the directory.

Monaco Park is located approximately 5 miles to the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. 11 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.
