There is a full-size washer and dryer in every apartment home.

You will be given your mail box location and number at Check-In.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Resident Center. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; However, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

If you are expecting a guest, he or she must use the main entrance located on Fort Apache Road. You may notify the rental office of your guest's arrival, or provide your guest with your phone number, in order to contact you through the directory. For stays of less than 6 months, you will not be included in the property directory. Please see the leasing office to make alternative arrangements and/or be included in the directory.

This community has a 6 month minimum lease requirement. Please contact our office for availability.

Venicia in located approximately 3-5 miles from Summerlin. 15 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. This is a brand new community.
