Welcome!  We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all the information you need.

Upon arrival, please check in at the leasing office to register your automobile.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding how to access your keys, your move in instructions will also include the number of your apartment.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require that you swipe the small gray plastic FAAB to open them.  Once inside the parking area, please locate your assigned space.  Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed.  If someone is already parked in your space, please park in a visitors space and contact our office at 203-967-2414.

 

This FAAB should also be used to access the common area doors as well.

• 30 Day written notice is required prior to vacating
• Please remove all trash and food items upon departure.
• Return your keys, access FOBs and parking stickers in an envelope with your name and apartment number noted on the outside.  Please leave this envelope at the leasing office.  Any items not returned will incur additional charges.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
