There is a roof top deck for the tenants. To get there, press the "PH" on the elevator, go through "A" door, up the stairs and through door on right.
Laundry facilities are located on the ninth floor (see operating times above). Change machines are located in the laundry room along with candy machines and video rental. Neither Oakwood Corporate Housing nor building management is responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
In the mailroom, located off the lobby, there is a cash machine and a notice board.
If you will not be in to accept deliveries, you must notify the front desk, in writing, to allow someone else to pick up your keys and accept your delivery.
The delivery entrance is on 60th Street, approx. 30 feet East of the lobby entrance.
If you are expecting a guest, he/she must be signed in at the front desk. You should notify Oakwood Corporate Housing of any guest staying more than 72 hours. There will be a charge for additional sets of keys, please call our office for details.
The service elevator is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays for move-ins or move-outs. All moves must be completed by 5:00 p.m.
