• There are two fitness rooms on either side of the laundry room.  One has weights and the other has exercise machines.  The rooms are open twenty-four hours a day.
• The Concerto has a bicycle storage room.  It is always locked.  Please see the Concierge if you wish to keep your bicycle in this room.

Our acceptance of deliveries is broad, but there are some limitations as to what we will accept.  The following types of deliveries cannot be accepted on your behalf when you are not home:

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must be signed in at the front desk.  You should notify Oakwood Corporate Housing of any guest staying more than 72 hours.  For an additional set of keys, please call our office for details.

For your safety, your apartment door is equipped with two high quality locks.  Always double-lock your door for maximum safety.  Double locking is accomplished by engaging both dead bolts.

The door handle has a "latch lock" feature which disable the outside handle.  Although the outside handle won't turn, the door is not truly locked until the dead bolt is thrown. Always throw both dead bolts when inside with the thumbscrews, when outside, with the keys. 

 

Garbage and trash are to be placed in plastic bags, tide at the top and placed in the compactor chute.  Please no open bags!

 

The only items to be place outside the compactor room are the recyclable items such as:
