We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying.  Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying we would be happy to provide you will all of the information that you need.

Check-in time is 3:30 pm the day of your arrival.  All early arrivals must be approved by the office.  Your confirmation letter must indicate the approved early check-in time. 

Your keys will be held at the front desk with the concierge at the building where you will be staying.  We will send an access form authorizing the release of your keys after your arrival.

Every effort has been made to make you "temporary home" as complete and convenient as possible.  Please call us at 212.682.9550 with any concerns or questions you may have upon check-in.

Parking fees are not included in the rental price of your apartment.  Parking arrangement are not made by Oakwood Corporate Housing and must be made by the registered vehicle owner.  Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.  Please let us know of any height, width or weight restrictions on oversize vehicles prior to arriving or having the vehicle delivered.

 

Check-out time is 12:00 midnight the day of your scheduled departure.  Please leave access cards (health club or laundry room) in the "Express Check-out" envelope and leave with the concierge at your building.  If you need to extend your stay, please notify the local office at 212.682.9550.  All extensions are based on availability and authorization approval.  When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require written notice from resident or authorized representative.
