Once all required paperwork and contracts have been returned to Oakwood Coporate Houisng, your keys will be sent you via Fed Ex.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.592.1088 or 212.682.9550 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking fees are not included in the rental price of your apartment. Parking arrangements can not be made by Oakwood Corporate Housing and must be made by the registered owner of the vehicle. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Please find out about any height, width or weight restrictions on oversize vehicles prior to arriving or having your vehicle delivered.

- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
- Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
- Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
