Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move in.
If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please call our office directly at 203-967-2414.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

|
Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed on your move in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own, this may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in a visitors space and call our office at 203-967-2414.
|
|
|
- Please remove all trash and food items prior to departure.
- Please place your keys, access cards and parking passes in an envelope marked with your name and apartment number and hand it into the leasing office. Any items left unreturned will incur additional charges.
- A 30 day written notice is required prior to vacating
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
