We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30p.m. on the day of your scheduled move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instructions or require a second copy, please contact our office at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key acces, your move instructions will also include your apartment number.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

|
Once in the garage, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed on your move in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own, as this may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parking in your space, please park in a visitors space and contact our office at 203-967-2414.

|
- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- Please remove all trash and food items prior to departing
- There is a $50 fee for every non-returned item.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please call us at 203.967.2414 and every attempt will be made to accommodate your request.
