The property offers 24 hour emergency service. The concierge is happy to assist you with special requests and reservations and is available 11am to midnight seven days a week.
Each apartment comes fully equipped with it's own washer and dryer for your convenience.
The mailboxes are located on the lobby level in both towers.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy for our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, condition of packages or acceptance of certified or registered mail. If you expect a package, please see the community leasing office. Please obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Be prepared to show photo identification when retrieving your package.
Visitors can access your apartment by pressing the corresponding apartment number on the keypad at the main entrance. Your telephone will ring and you can open the door by pressing #9.
Parking in the building is available through Pro-park. Upon arrival you have the option to obtain an assigned space, valet service or open parking. Each vary in price. If you elect to have an assigned space, please do not park in any other numbered space other than your own, as this may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your assigned space, please park in visitors and see the attendant or call our office at 203-967-2414.
