• Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.

• Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.

• Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.

Specific key arrangements will be sent to you after the reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you have not received your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact us directly at 203-967-2414.

• A 30 day written notice is required prior to vacating
• Please set the heat at 60*F and/or AC at 76*F before departing
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing
• Please return all keys and access cards to the leasing office or concierge.  There is a $50 charge for each unreturned item.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
