There is a washer and dryer in every apartment
Mailboxes are located near the back entrance of the property
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This is a gated community. Your guest will have to call your apartment from the callbox located at the main entrance to the property to gain access
Curbside trash pick up M & Thur. Please put trash out by 8am the morning of pick up. Please do not put trash out the night before.
There is also a trash dumpster at the back of the property
