When arriving to Oakwood Philadelphia your keys will be waiting with our front desk attendant. Our front desk attendant will be on duty Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 12:00 Midnight, Saturday and Sunday 12.00pm to 10:00pm. If you anticipate arriving before or after these hours, we will work with your to make alternative arrangements to obtain your keys.

| Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability. |

| Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 215.568.2188. |

| In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. |

We can help coordinate parking for you.
- Parking is an additional $250.00 per month. We utilize a 24 hour valet garage on the corner of 15th and Sansom Streets (1 block from the property).
| Access gates: This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry. This code will be sent to you in your move-in instructions. |
|
|
|
- Return all keys, access devices and parking passes (entry cards, remotes, etc.) to the leasing office on the second floor, or leave with the front desk attendant.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215.568.2188
- When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25.00 per key. Unreturned access cards will cost $50.00 Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure
- Please set the thermostat to 68 degrees prior to your departure
