You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

There is a 24 hour concierge on site at Avalon Center Place who will be able to give you the keys to your apartment when you arrive.
|
|
|
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Please remember to check in before parking in the garage so that you can obtain instructions and a pass for parking. Each apartment comes with one parking space. Additional spaces are available at an additional cost.

|
|
- A 30 day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non returned keys will result in a key charge.
- If you need to extend your stay please call our office at 800-724-9660, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
