There are washer and dryer connections in every apartment as well as a laudry facility on site.

The mailboxes are located inside the building.

Visitors must be let in by the intercom system.

There are trash chutes on every floor

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
