The mailboxes are located beside elevators 1 and 2.

If you are not home, all US Postal Carriers and other delivery services will leave MOST packages at the front office for your pick up.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.  The property will not be responsible for such items, conditions, or packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail.  Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the main property entrance.  there will be a tele-entry call box foryour guest to use to contact us/you to gain access.

 

Guests may park in the front or rear parking lot.

• 1 Parking space reserved in garage for each unit.  Additional parking in garage and in back of the building is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
• There are 17 parking spaces in front of the office.  This is designated office parking from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  These spaces are availabel to residents only after 6:00 p.m. and before 10:00 a.m.
• GARAGE PARKINGIS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE RITZ ONLY.  Guests may park inthe front or rear parking lot.
