Enjoy the convenience of doing laundry in the privacy of your home. Each unit comes equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The mailboxes are located on the right just after the entrance gate. Your mailbox number will be the same as your apartment number.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.
Visitors are welcome to park in open parking. Covered parking spaces are assigned and avialable for residents only.
